1. Preorder Process
1.1 Placing a Preorder
When you place a preorder, you are reserving a product before its official release or restocking. You must complete the payment for your preorder at the time of placing the order.
1.2 Order Fulfillment
Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received, and fulfillment will commence as soon as the product becomes available. We will notify you via email once your preorder is ready to be shipped.
1.3 Combining Preorders
Orders that have multiple preorder items will be combined together. If you would like the items more urgently then shipping can be arranged at an additional charge. If there are any in stock items, these items will also be included in the expedited shipping.
1.4 Stock Quantities.
Stock quantities displayed on the product page are just an indication of how many items we have left on preorder. They do not refer to physical stock available at the store. These values can sometimes be increased, depending on stock availability from the supplier, and consumer demand.
2. Delays and Fulfillment
2.1 Expected Delays
We will have an estimated release date in our product title. Please note that preorders are subject to potential delays beyond our control, such as production delays, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances. Delays are possible and can vary based on the product and manufacturer.
2.2 Refunds for Delays
Delays in fulfilling preorders are not considered valid reasons for a refund. We understand delays can be frustrating, but almost all stores in the country may experience similar delays. Your patience and understanding are appreciated during these circumstances.
3. Cancellations and Changes
3.1 Cancellation
If you wish to cancel your preorder before the product is shipped, please contact our customer support team atSales@miragegaming.co.za, or from our contact us page. We will provide assistance and process your cancellation request. Please note that delays do not constitute a valid reason for cancellations.
